Ex-IPS Harish Kumar, the so-called President of the fake Taekwondo Federation of India  run away from U.P. Police raid at his house’s New Delhi  against Non Bailable Warrant issued against Him for hijacked the Taekwondo Federation of India in 1998. Pictures showing the U.P.
